Why it matters
If our scanner can't load your homepage, some visitors and search engines can't either. Everything else on this list is moot until it loads reliably.
How to fix it
Check your hosting status, DNS records and TLS certificate. Make sure the homepage answers within a few seconds with HTTP 200 and Content-Type text/html. Look for a firewall or bot rule that blocks ordinary clients.
On WordPress
Check that the WordPress site URL and home URL (Settings > General) match your domain, and temporarily disable security plugins that block unknown user agents.
